In Şükrü Tül's book, there is important evidence about the history of Şirince Lotus Mansion. Although the first year of construction of the mansion is not known, it is known that it was built centuries ago. In the book, it is understood that the last renovation on the plaster on the terrace of the mansion was made in 1870.

The rooms of the mansion are arranged as summer and winter.
The rooms on the left side of the building are larger. The rooms on the right are much smaller and contain fireplaces. This was done both for cooking and for heating.
The lower right room has no windows. This place is pretty cool with its thick stone walls. Therefore, it was used both as a cellar and as an olive oil store. The barrels and cubes found in the warehouse are exhibited.
The bottom of the small house used as an outbuilding was originally a barn. This place, which now has a fireplace in its trough, is a private room of the mansion. The top of the house is both the office and the breakfast area for winter days.
